日本の工業地帯を作るためのパックです。バリエーション豊富なモジュラー式の工場建物と、ドラム缶、木箱、機械、車両など100点以上の小物、各種デカールを収録。PBRマテリアルで質感を調整できます。Unreal Engineに加えてUEFN（Fortnite）用のライセンスもあります。

This pack contains everything you need to create an immersive and realistic industrial area, complete with modular factory buildings, factories, and over 100 carefully crafted props.
The modular factory buildings allow for endless possibilities when designing your environment, with a range of variations to choose from. The factories are fully customizable, with PBR materials ensuring that everything looks and feels as realistic as possible. And with various decals included, you can add even more depth and detail to your environment.
This pack also includes a variety of props, ensuring that your environment is unique and varied. From barrels and crates to machinery and vehicles, you'll have everything you need to create a truly immersive industrial setting. Please see the attached screenshots for more information.
Does not include interior props for factory halls.
