東京・杉並区の実在する建物をもとにした、モジュラー式のファサードパーツ集です。屋根、壁、窓、ドア、バルコニー、階段、道路などのパーツと、高さを変えられる完成済みビル14棟、サンプルシーンを収録。マスターマテリアルで質感を幅広く調整でき、全アセットが複数マテリアルに対応します。室内は含まれません。

A mixed set of modular facade pieces you can find in Tokyo. The buildings are modelled after real buildings in Suginami.
Includes parts such as roofs, walls, windows, doors, balconies, stairs as well as roads. Does not include the interiors of the buildings.
Comes with a powerful master material, which allows extensive tweaking of the feel and looks of the materials.
Comes with an example scene built with the assets. All the assets support multiple materials.
Includes 14 premade buildings with customizable height, as well as an example scene.
Note: modelled in a real-world scale so scale the models up by 1.2 to better support unreal skeleton.
